You'll receive a single logo design that we feel is the most appropriate for your business. Previously, we provided several options, but we've discovered that our time is better spent perfecting a single, ideal creation.
The typical turnaround time for a logo, from start to completion, is generally 2-3 weeks. Timescales are influenced by response times and modification requests.
In contrast to other creative domains such as Architecture, Identity design has a unique approach, as all the significant work is accomplished at the outset. Due to the nature of the work involved, payments are non-refundable.
During the in-person presentation of the logo design, I will clarify the rationale behind the design choices made. We will proceed with an open dialogue, giving you the opportunity to provide your feedback.
A logo design is never love at first sight; creating a concept that stands the test of time necessitates a strong client-designer relationship that navigates the right direction.
Upon finalising your logo design, I will provide an extensive kit of files to facilitate the logo's application across different platforms. Here’s a summary of what you can expect:
CMYK version – Full-colour printing consists of just four colours: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. These colours blend seamlessly to create any image you can envision. This format is essential when you need printed materials featuring vibrant, full-colour images on the same page. Supplied as Vector (Ai/PDF/EPS) format.
Black version – As the name suggests, this is the pure black rendition of your logo. It's perfect for monochrome or single-color documents. Supplied an Vector (Ai/PDF/EPS) format.
White version – Looking to place your logo on a dark image or a solid dark background? A white variant effectively addresses colour and visibility challenges, ensuring optimal results. Supplied in Vector (Ai/PDF/EPS) format.
RGB Version – In contrast to print colours, screen colours are created by combining Red, Green, and Blue light, resulting in the complete colour spectrum. Your logo will be supplied in an optimised JPEG file format, as well as a transparent PNG and an SVG, which serves as a vector version suitable for digital applications.
Favicon – A 32 x 32 favicon featuring your logo will be designed for implementation on your website.
A PDF User Guideline Document – This document provides instructions on utilising the logo files effectively.
I recommend that trademark registrations be handled by a trademark attorney; however, you can also choose to complete the process yourself via the government website.
Registering the logo as a trademark will enable you to incorporate the ® symbol, as well as offer legal protection against anything that may be confusingly similar in the areas and categories where the logo is registered. If you intend to pursue this, please inform me so I can include a version with the ® in the final set of files for use once the registration is completed.
